4. Financial Terms for Networkers

4.1 Payment Eligibility

Networkers may earn a connection fee when a meeting between a Client and Service Party is completed using the LetsBridge Connection Link.

4.2 Payment Timing

Payments are made no sooner than 30 days after the verified meeting, which is defined as a scheduled session between the Client and Service Party that has been confirmed by both parties and recorded through the official LetsBridge Connection Link tracking system. LetsBridge will serve as the final authority for verifying the occurrence and eligibility of a meeting for payment purposes, and only if:

  • The Client has not cancelled or defaulted
  • The meeting happened via the correct link

4.3 Clawbacks

We may reclaim any paid amount if the Client cancels, disputes, or fails to pay.

4.4 Taxes

You are responsible for declaring and paying any applicable taxes on payments received. LetsBridge may report payments to tax authorities where legally required.

4.5 Fraud or Misrepresentation

If a meeting is arranged under false pretenses, we may withhold payment and ban the account.

5. Data Protection and International Transfers

We comply with global privacy laws including GDPR (EU/UK), CCPA/CPRA (U.S.), PIPEDA (Canada), PDPA (Singapore), and the Australian Privacy Act.

Your personal data may be stored and processed in countries outside your own. Where data is transferred internationally, we rely on legally approved mechanisms such as:

  • Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs)
  • Adequacy decisions (e.g., for UK–EU data flows)
  • Local equivalents or certifications in APAC
